Starchitect Ardie Tavangarian is famous for reimagining Los Angeles luxury residential spatial structures with unparalleled attention to detail, materials, finishes, construction methods, and design. Ardie works with the likes of Frank Gehry and Richard Meier. He is known for developing dozens of ultra-high end homes, public works, and resorts. The most spectacular lavish homes include Sarbonne Rd for $75 million in 2019, San Onofre for $83 million in July, and Malibu for $177m in October.
